How do customers access their Autodesk products?

Customers can access their products through their account pages on Autodesk.com. Once they have purchased a product, they can log in to their account and view all the software they have access to. It's a convenient and centralized way to manage their products.

What happens if a customer doesn't have access to their products?

How do customers get their products that cheap?

At Tech Savvy, we have a unique process for delivering products to our customers. We transfer student account licenses to Autodesk personal accounts. Student licenses offer the full capability of the regular ones.

What can customers do with their software?

Once customers have access to their software, they have complete control over its usage. They can update, uninstall, share, and use the software as freely as they want. Do you provide Free Trials?

Yes! Any customer can ask for a 24 hour Free Trial to try out the software and test our process, if everything checks out to the customer, they can purchase the software from us to continue to have access or they can do nothing and we'll automatically remove the products from their account!

I bought my product in September 2023, but the License Manager says it expires in January, 2024! Why?

The licenses are Term Extendable, the date labelled as "Expiry date" in the License Manager is our Term Extension Date. This date typically shifts in 1-year increments to the future and it in no way affects your access to the products, so rest assured, you're getting 365 days of access as promised, or else a full cash refund! So, if you lose access even 1 day earlier, contact us.
